I didn’t exactly mean to paint on the web, Jim! Communication is tricky whether in conversation, in marketing collateral, or on the web. And each venue has its own dynamics. I am most comfortable writing for the web and helping my clients find their voice. Chatty or elegant? Whimsical or factual? Each is appropriate for specific needs. I’m glad my clients are so varied, my days are full of interesting communiques.
